For 30 years, Ruth has traveled extensively throughout the country providing counseling, training, mediation, and conflict resolution services for companies ranging from small businesses to large well-known corporations and state agencies.

Ruth's areas of expertise in counseling includes emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication skills, negotiating skills, conflict management skills, and assertiveness training.

Counselor: Ruth provides counseling/coaching for families, couples, adolescents, and individuals.

Mediator: Ruth provides mediation services for families, businesses, companies, and state agencies. She has set up partnering agreements designed to reduce conflict and litigation on hundreds of construction projects in 14 states. Ruth holds certification by the Washington Mediation Association and the Thurston and Lewis County Dispute Resolution Centers of Washington.

Retreat and Keynote Speaker: Ruth customizes inspirational messages to help people come to a better understanding of the personal dynamics of relationships within the family and church. She offers tools that foster a greater understanding of God, self, and others within those human interactions.

Trainer: Ruth has facilitated more than 700 distinct training programs for companies and state agencies focused on communication skills, conflict management, negotiation, team building, and public contact skills.
