Ruth I. Johnson, M.S.W., grew up as a minister's daughter. Ruth has been an active church member, owns her own consulting business, and is a wife and mother. She has been a keynote speaker, retreat leader, and mediator in church settings and for non-profit organizations.
For 25 years, Ruth has traveled extensively throughout the country providing training, mediation, and conflict resolution services for companies ranging from small businesses to large well-known corporations and state agencies. She has set up partnering agreements designed to reduce conflict and litigation on hundreds of large construction projects in 14 states.
Retreat and Keynote Speaker: Ruth customizes inspirational messages to help people come to a better understanding of the personal dynamics of relationships within the family and church. She offers tools that foster a greater understanding of God, self, and others within those human interactions.
Counselor: Ruth provides counseling/coaching for families, couples, children, and individuals.
Trainer: Ruth has facilitated more than 700 distinct training programs focused on communication skills, conflict management, negotiation, team building, and public contact skills.
Mediator: Ruth has provided mediation services for churches, individuals, businesses, public agencies, nonprofits and family members who are interested in reaching outcomes that will bring lasting resolutions.
